  • We do not offer returns or exchanges due to the precarious nature of shipping handmade ceramics. If your item arrives broken (it happens) please submit a claim with USPS and email us here to coordinate a replacement.

  • We take a weekly voyage to the post office every Friday. If you order on a Friday and we have already gone to the post office your package will ship the following Friday. This means it can take up to 7 days to ship. If your order is urgent please send us an email to see if we can accommodate expedited shipping using the Contact form.

  • Yes! We take the chemistry of clay and glaze into consideration while designing, prototyping, and producing our work. All of Three Plume’s work is fired to full vitrification and can withstand daily use including microwaves and dishwashers. However, these items are handmade so hand washing will always be the recommended way to clean our pieces.

  • While we are flattered that you as a fellow ceramic artist covet our glazes we are not in the business of selling recipes or supplies. At this point in time we are focused on exploration of color, texture, and expanding our practice. Keeping our journey close is what feels best to us at this time. Thanks so much.

    That said - We strongly encourage education around glaze development and recommend Ceramic Materials Workshop’s classes in this area!

  • Yes! To the best of our capacity. If you are interested in carrying our work in your store please reach out using the Contact form to discuss further. Please include “Wholesale” in the subject if you can. All other inquiries can be submitted through the contact form as well.
